Who Are We?
DexaFit KC is a locally owned and operated health testing facility located at 14008 W. 135th Street in Olathe, Kansas. Since opening in January 2018, we have helped thousands of clients across the Kansas City metro area — including Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Leawood, Prairie Village, and the greater Johnson County area — take control of their health using objective, medical-grade testing.
What Do We Do?
We specialize in DEXA body composition scans (also called DXA scans), VO2 Max cardio fitness testing, and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing for caloric needs. Unlike a bathroom scale or BMI calculator, our gold-standard DEXA scanner uses low-dose x-ray technology to precisely measure your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and bone mineral density — giving you the data you need to make informed decisions about your training, nutrition, and overall wellness.
